Hello all,
in the last week or so, we have noticed that we are unable to log onto one of our servers running Windows Server 2003. After pressing the Ctrl+alt+del combination, both the username and password box are greyed out, so we can't type anything into them.
Has anyone seen this before, or got any idea how to fix it?
thanks,
Malc
Hi Malc,
Do a Check for Spyware and virsues - then try the suggestions posted by myself and todd here:

Slightly different problem but the solution may be the same.
Also - are you patched to SP1? Can you check event logs to see if there are any errors logged.
Thanks Ian .
