Citrix Issues: Blank desktop upon logon-Non Admin User
The problem is something that appears to be common and non-dependant on
the version of Citrix or Windows. Any help is welcome.
When connecting to Presentation Server 4.0 with a PNAgent running on
Windows XP the user receives a blank screen @logon. No Icons, Start
Menu, or Tackbar. The only shortcut key that works is ctrl-F1 which
allows logoff. The issue is the same whether the user is in the same
domain or diff domain, NT4.0 or 2k AD, roaming profiles without cashing
or local profile.
If I grant the user access to task manager the user is able to run
notepad and such but no explorer.exe.
Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone experienced this type of
issue????????????
