2 Dual Core processors and Windows 2000 Server, standard edition?

Our servers are currently running Windows 2000 Server on motherboards
equipped with two CPUs. Because of Hyperthreading Windows sees them
as having 4 virtual CPUs.
Since each new Dual Core Xeon CPU will be treated by Windows as 4
virtual CPUs, benefiting from both the Hyperthreading and Dual Core
technologies, will our servers be unable to take full advantage of the
Dual Core Xeon technology because Win2K-std ed can only handle a
maximum of 4 CPUs?
