Re: Windows Server 2003 DNS & Active Directory Installation?

Hi again I need you...

Sorry I don’t have an experience in DNS & Active Directory configuration
since I have been in development side. I did that configuration setup only
for the local network to implement our local security policy. Now I got this
opportunity…

These features I should be needed for my organization in our server which is
installed in our office.

1. DNS (I really couldn’t understand why need DNS? Is it needed to host more
than one web page?)
2. Active Directory (The resource sharing directory which is installed for
created users. Isn’t it?)
3. Remote Desktop
4. Web hosting (Is it possible with private IP which is given by our service
provider along with gateway & primary and secondary DNS?)
5. Email Server
6. DHCP Server

We are not going to host only webpage in our server. We want to
transfer/share file over the internet through secured way. I thought to
create user and their privileges setup for remote users to access our files.
So I want to be ready before configuring my server. Thanks for understanding.

Thanks in Advance
Jose
