How to install Front Page Server extensions on Win2K3 server??

I'm trying to deploy a .NET web application to a local test server, but the
server does not have the Front Page Server Extensions installed on it. I
thought FPSE was part of the default installation of Win2K3 with the
exception that the Extensions are just not "allowed" by default.
Unfortunately I can't even see the FPSE on the server so "allowing" them is
not even an option for me.

Is FPSE hidden on the DVD somewhere? Can they be downloaded and installed?
(i have MSDN universal).
