Slow logon on XP client with W2003 Server

I have new installations of W2003 Server with SP1 and WinXP Pro with SP2.
The server is configurated as a domain controller. It takes approximately 2
minutes to log on at the XP client using a domain account and approximately 5
seconds using a local account. Log on time is defined as the interval
between pressing the enter key at the log on dialog and the time that I can
access the start menu. What can I do to speed up the domain log on?
