I just took over this server and network, so I am working into getting them
up to speed. They also run their database program on this partition as
well, so it is not going to get any better.
Can I delete any of the other files as well?
Thanks!

You could save most space by relocating your paging
file to another drive, followed by deleting the i386 folder.
As a long-term solution you should consider buying a
larger hard disk. They are very cheap these days. Use
an imaging program to transfer the old root partition
to the new drive. It's a zero-risk process.
