Help needed in changing Local password Policy.

Hello,

I am running Windows Server 2003 - Enterprise Edition - SP1 on a Netserver
and its a member server. I am trying to change the local administrator
password but the local Security policy says the password doesn't comply with
the password complexity. I am not able to change or disable the "password
complexity" setting the local security policy as everything is grayed out.
How do i change these settings?

Any help is appreciated.
