File server questions

I've just been approved to replace a win2k file server. I was wondering if
anyone would recomend going to a SATA based storage system instead of SCSI.
The server will be a DC, DNS, and DHCP server, as well as a file server. The
office only has about 25 people in it, so I would rather get as much storage
as possible, as I don't think the difference between SCSI and SATA drives
will provide that much of a performance hit. Anyone have any suggestions or
recomendations?
