Hi,
If you want this site to be available to everyone without using usernames
and passwords you will need to enable Anonymous access. To do this, go to
IIS and open properties of the site (e.g. Default Site). Here click on
Directory Security and click on Authentication button. Now make sure that
Anonymous access is enabled here.
Next thing you should do is make sure that NTFS permissions or Read are
granted to IUSER_<name_of_your_server> user on folder where your HTML file
is. IIS will always honor NTFS permissions.
