HELP!! - Second Request

I posted the following message yesterday but did not receive any response so
I am going to try again today. Somehow, the operating system has become
corrupted...possibly a power surge or a virus?
I have a Windows 2000 Advanced Server that has stopped responding to any
windows explorer function. I cannot check Control Panel, Network Properties,
Internet, WINNT folder, etc. All programs just hang and then I get the
"Program not responding" message. When I try and run netdiag, I get the
following error
message:
The procedure entry point RtlIpv6AddressToStringA could not be located in
the dynamic link library ntdll.dll
Any help would be appreciated!
