I don't understand the need to do this. It seems like a colossal waste of
time and resources.
If this a POP account then install the account on each persons desktop and
under the advanced settings make sure OE is leaving a copy of mail on the
POP server.
Or set up rules to organize the mail on the individuals machines.
Or do both.
Or use an IMAP server, or Exchange.
If you must use a terminal session to do this, then set the acounts default
shell to OE and make it log her out if she closes the app.
Please ask for clarification on any points, since I know I am giving a
pretty high level overview of options.
