REMOTE desktop problem

Please help guys.
I have someone on my network (win server 2003 and xp clients)that log on the
server through the remote desktop connection. Now when i try to log from the
same computer i get the message "The client access license of the local
computer could not be upgraded or renewed." What's wrong???? Or when can i
get license. Please help, it's urgent !!~!!
Last time someone gave me a website to download a program that solved the
problem. Please, please help!!!!!
