Enable auditing, check logs, cached IE sites and history, use third-party
monitoring software, there are a hundred ways to do this...but watching
"live" while they're doing it is less-than-practical. Monitoring does not
need to occur visually in real-time...offline methods can provide a
more-than-sufficient trail of evidence to be effective...
