Headless 2003 Server

Hi, I want to set up a back room server using Windows Server 2003. My
question is this:

I want to be able to remote desktop into the server, and use keyboard, mouse
etc, but I don't want to have a monitor, keyboard or mouse plugged into it.
Is this possible? Will it realise there is a keyboard and mouse when I
remote desktop? Do I have to have somre sort of KVM to emulate the Keyboard
and mouse?

Cheers,

Frosty.
