Application Event log

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Receiving the following warning in my event log and can't figure out what is
causing it. I just recently started receiving them and they seem to coincide
with my server rebooting for no apparent reason. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. I am on Windows server 2003 Standard.
