Hi,

I think you have not cleaned up the worm properly. If you have abackup of
the server, do a full restore. You could go for ASR in Win 2k3 also.

Yse some anti-spyware tool also to help you. Apply latest Service pack and
do a a windows update again.

Give me more details of the worm and the server.
