Built in defrag is fine. Don't get carried away. I only do mine about once
every 6 months to a year. Defrag is highly overrated by many, IMHO.
Although good at times (when the system tells you your drive is fragmented
enough to make it worthwhile), there is no point in running it excessively.
And, there is always a risk when running any defrag util.
