Workgroups and connecting to a server

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I just set up a server in a workgroup. I have 4 windows XP computers
connecting to it. When 3 of the 4 computers connect to any netork resouce
like a shared folder, they get an Administrator prompt to login and enter the
administrator password. After the password is in they can navigate freely
through the network resources.

Like the one computer that doesnt get prompted for an admin login, I would
like to figure out how all the computers in the workgroup can connect to
network resources without getting prompted.

I don't have active directory setup or a DNS controller.

Thanks,
Charlie
