unable to open control panel
I am having problems with two of my 2000 servers, I can not open control
panel, go to the web or run any browser based programs. They all just stop
and task manager says they are not responding.
I have run serveral virus checkers and they all say no viruses found. If
this is not a virus then what is it, can anyone help please?
Ps. IIS and backups are not working either.
