Configuring WinHTTP in a Domain

Hello!

We have a XP SP1 environment with a Windows 2003 Domain. We need to
configure the WinHTTP Proxy because we cannot scan remote XP-Clients
with MBSA without it.

Is there a possibilty to configure the WinHTTP-Proxy with Group
Policies?
