W2k3 pop3 server

Hi,

i'm confused by the write up on this feature...

At the moment, we have an external email host, so all mail goes via them and
each client is setup with the remote mail server details.

Can the pop3 server in W2k3 be set it up so that it forwards and retrieves
mail from outside the primary domain?
