moving pagefile

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I am trying to move pagefile.sys from my c: drive to the e: drive because it
is huge and taking up a lot of space..and I'm running out.

I keep getting a message saying that the source file may be in use and it
won't let me move it.

I tried stopping basically all services, but still got the error. Any
suggestions?
