Ghost of a Server

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

We have a client who has three servers, and they would like to Ghost all
three servers, data as well. They wish to do this every other day and take
the images off site to be used in a disaster recovery situation.

Has anyone ever done this, is it complete madness, are there any other
options?

I don't know much about Ghost, so I am at a bit of a loss, so any help or
guidance would be really appreciated.

Thanks

Neil
