Windows Server 2003 SP1 + TCP/IP hangs

Hi, I've installed Windows Server 2003 SP1 and now have random hangs on
the server.

Symptoms: Mail, IE, or MSN freeze up, and gradually the machine locks
up (processes won't start, won't stop, machine won't shut down) This
takes 10 - 20 minutes
Pulling out the network cable produces error messages but the machine
can then be closed down [takes about 1 minute].

- This is a new problem not seen before on this machine.
- It went away when I uninstalled SP1 and came back when I re-installed
SP1.

Is this a known problem?
