I am having the same issue. Unlike "thekid" guest account plays no role
here. This has happened on two servers that I have installed SP1 on. On
both servers, the system log corrupts. I can delete it by disabling event
service, deleting sys...evt file and restarting the event service to recreate
the log but it corrupts again after a reboot. I even rebuilt one of the
servers from scratch and the log corrupted again right after the reboot
following installation of SP1. Going to hold off updating any other servers
until an answer to this is found.
