Type user name and set password in Run as box in the scheduled task job.
If you want to make sure that it'll run while logging off, you should add
user name under "Log on as a batch job".
1. Open Adminstrative tools
2. Open Local Security settings
3. Go to Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment
4. Double clicks on Log on as a batch job on the right pane.
5. Add the user name in there.
