Error in Domain User Privileges Mapping

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Here's a wierd problem I've been having. One of my computers on the
network after joining the domain doesn't correctly (I think) map user
permissions. When I log on with an account that's a member of the
domain admins group I do not have administrator privliges on the
computer. I've checked to make sure the domain admins group is a part
of the local administrators group and has appropriate file permissions
on the drive and system folders on the problem computer. I am not
logging on with a local user account either. I've tried leaving and
re-joining the domain to no avail. No other computers on my network
exhibit this problem. Also many times it won't find my roaming
profile. Another point of interest is that I recently bumped up Lan
Manager authentication level to NTLv2 forced on the domain wide group
policy. I did this before joining the domain. I'm not sure, but I
think this is the first computer to join since doing that. All the
machines that were already a part of the domain work fine after the
change. I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting... Ohh I haven't
tried whoami yet, that's one thing. but any pointers or suggestions
would be fantastic.
