Issuse w/ adminpak.msi after sp1

I have a fresh 2k3 install. Loaded os, Adminpak.msi, SP1, then found that there was a adminpak for SP1. By reading the instructions uninstalled the old adminpak.

Now I am getting an installation error: "This application has failed to start because exstrace.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

Any idea's why I am getting this?
