Windows 2003 Firewall Broke

Hello all,
Before I go marching into Microsoft door and tell them that their Windows
2003 SP1 Firewall is broken. I thought I might drop here for some answer.
Anyway, here it is. I have one server box running two intranet websites
called A & B just fine using Windows 2003 Enterprise (stand alone server with
IIS 6). Each website has it's own ethernet adapter. Firewall is enable on
both ethernet adapters. Both are setup for HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP. Client PCs
can access both sites fine.
Here comes the horror. I upgraded to SP1. Suddenly only one website called A
was working when I use a client PC to access??? Now the weird thing is using
the server itself to access both of my websites worked, I could access using
the dns name and IP addresses of the server, but the client PC can only
access website A???
(Before SP1, you can enable or disable the firewall seperately on each
ethernet adapter. But on SP1 it consolidated the firewall setting into one
like XP SP2.)
Checking my firewall settings, I drilled down to the area where I could
highlight my local connection adapters and go into settings. I checked both
adapters and the settings were the same (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP were enable on both
adapters).
So to make sure that both websites would work if I disable the firewall. And
sure enough, both websites worked with the firewall disabled. So I decided to
test one site at a time. So I went into IIS manager and stopped website A,
but I could not access website B from the client PC. But If I disabled
website A's ethernet adapter, website B would work. Weird???
I have posted this question before and a couple of people I know have a this
problem, but There was no answer to my question since beginning of April.
So has anyone here ran into this problem??? If someone would be so kind and
have time to test SP1 firewall out and can resolve this issue, I would be so
grateful.
Anyway, I uninstalled SP1 and my server is happy. Both websites are working.
Too bad I can not test out SP1's features until I could by pass this problem.
Thanks
.
