Win2003 Svr SP1 fix list

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have a server running win2003 SP1. I was told (by MS) this SP included a
hot fix for Article 841187 (You cannot successfully mount a tape drive on a
Windows Server 2003-based server).

When I look at the fix list for SP1 on the Microsoft website it lists all
the article id's that are included in the SP EXCEPT it does not list 841187.
When I attempted to apply the hotfix, I'm told that I have the latest updates
and the hotfix will not be applied.

Any suggestions on what to do at this point? Thanks.
