I just schedule a task using the built in defrag.exe which is built in to the O/S on Win2K3.. Is there any reason you need a 3rd party app?
Well, if you're happy with built-in defrag then it's fine. In fact, the one included with Windows is based on Diskeeper. It's just that you miss additional features which help to improve performance. On top of those I mention, you can defrag page file and metadata with full versions of 3rd party products. You can optimize folders and files location based on the frequency they are being accessed. And couple of other features.
