CGI Script Capability

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hello - I have a hosted Windows 2003 dedicated web server that I would like
to add the ability to provide cgi scripting (cgi-bin) capability for my web
hosting clients but I haven't a clue where to begin. I would appreciate some
advice on how best to implement this functionality and any resources that may
be helpful.
