Fixate folders

Hello,

I am trying to fixate some folders withing a shared folder so that the users cannot delete or move them (accidentally) into another folder. I have been trying several things (adjusting rights) but just as it seems to work, I can't move one folder into another one but it has moved the underlying folders and files (users must have full access to those ones because they work with them). So I just need a solution to make sure the folders (with their files) cannot be moved.

Thanks in advance,
