Richard's response is essentially correct. You need only enable ICS on
the XP computer. However, you first need to delete the bridge that you
created between your 2 adapters on the XP computer. You also need to
enable dynamic addressing on all of your adapters; static addressing
won't work with ICS/NAT. You also need to make sure that you enable ICS
on the adapter that your modem connects to. Finally, if you are
connecting the XP computer to the server, nic-to-nic (without using some
form of a network hub), you will need to use a cross-over cable.
