Server reporting wrong amount of disk space used?

Hi there. I am having a very strange problem on a Server 2003 Web Edition
computer.
It has a raid 5 array, one of the disks is missing (the hot spare).
Unfortunately the disks that are in the server are no longer being
manufacturered so I cannot replace the missing hot spare, and I am working
dilligently to replace this server, in the mean time the server is
mis-reporting the amount of "Used Disk Space" on my D: partition.
There is one folder on my D: drive called "Inetpub" if i right-click on
"Inetpub" and go to properties it says it is 13.2GB in size, but if i look
at My Computer it says D: is 138GB. ArcServe is actually backing up 138GB of
Data. This is a very mysterious phenomenon. There is not 138GB of data, I
have looked for hidden files, I have looked for all kinds of things
(viruses, trojans...) etc.
I used TreeSize on the drive and Yeah Inetpub is the only Tree on the
drive taking up 13.2GB, and Windows 2003 still thinks it is 138GB.
Can anyone assist me here? The real problem is that my backup only holds
200GB and between this server and my other one its well over 200GB (well it
isnt, but the 138GB + the 90 on the other box it is over that threshold).
Please aid me.
Thanks,
-Drew
