Windows 2003 Server random reboots

The server last month just started to randomly reboot on its own. Their is
no memory dump and the event viewer is clean. I had dell replace the memory,
cpu and all power related hardware. The server has been checked for viruses
and spyware. The server is also fully patched. I believe the culprit might
be a print driver because that is the only thing I see in the event viewer
prior to the unexpected shutdown. We also use SUS, mabe a recent update
might have causing this problem. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
