I checked with the SCW team on this and here is the response they provided:


"Did he save the policy with an .xml extension or has the file been
modified manually? Without the policy file, it is hard to investigate. The
policy did not pass the validation and thus didn?t get applied and no
rollback file was generated."

If you want to send me the policy file to forward to the SCW team, you can
email it to the following address and I will do so:
wsdocs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Just remove the nospam.
