Your post is a little short on details:
- What do you mean with "access the previous versions"?
Access what? Shares? What previous versions? On what machine?
- What do you mean with "The client is installed and the tab appears"?
What client? What tab?
- What do you mean with "If I navigate to the same place"? What
place might this be? And which folders appear? Where do they
reside?
Remember that we cannot see your machine. You need to tell
us ***exactly*** where you are and what you're doing. You
also need to tell us if you're operating in a domain or in a
workgroup environment.
