SC Create Service

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi,

How would I create a service that is started in a different directory?

I want to run a perl script, but the exe file is on directory, and the
scripts are in another.

I've tried google, but nothing tells me and I havent been able to work out
how to add this sort of start up behaviour.
