Event 1004 Search in Explorer Windows 2003 Terminal Server

Windows 2003 Terminal server Explorer problem.

Whenever some users try to do a search through, start,search, files
folders or in Explorer, F3 or click the Search button, the Explorer
task crashes and restarts itself and the next error appears in the
eventlog: 1004

I google'd a lot, but can't seem to find a solution.
But my guess is that is has something to do with
\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CabinetState 'Use
Search Asst' key. Because when i entered this key for a perticular
user the Search worked!..... for a couple of days :-;

Suggestions, anyone?
