Win 2003 SP1 - .chm fails to open viewer frame through intranet UR

Hi friends,

When opening a .chm file located on an intranet Win Server 2003 with SP1
installed, the .chm opens but the viewer area shows an "Action Cancelled"
error message.
The .chm opens properly on the Server itself, but not through the network.

Can anyone advise a fix (registry maybe) to get the .chm to show properly
when called through the intranet?
