Strange issue after SP1

Hi,
just installed SP1 on our test server (terminal server with citrix
presentation server 3.0). However, there's a strange issue occurring
after that. After a while none of the shortcuts are working anymore.
All icons have disappeared and display the 'unknown icon' image. If
you double click on 'my computer' you get a map network drive dialog.
Right clicking on the start menu only shows 'open all users', 'explore
all users' and 'properties' as avalable menu options. To get it all
working again, you have to kill 'explorer' from the taskmanager and
starting it again.
