Though VMWare is an excellent development tool in building environments to
test your software, one thing you have to remember is that however your
software behaves in a 'virtual' environment may not be true in a 'real'
environment. If you hit bugs under VMWare, this may not be true in a real
'physical' environment.
I would consider something like Ghost 2003 or PartitionImagine. Heres a link:
