Hi Mike,

Just out of curiosity, you dont have any HP printing software loaded on
the 2000 Server that includes the HP toolbox crap..which kicks of the
"statusclient.exe" do you? I have been watching my nonpaged kernel
memory pool grow in the taskmanager the past couple weeks. After every
reboot this would slowly grow well over 100MB's . I am under the
impression that the max for this is 256MB under 2000?? Anyways after I
terminated the statusclient.exe program my nonpaged pool is not growing
anymore. I installed a new HP LaserJet 1320 about a month and a half
ago on our SBS2000 and the setup installed this with it. I just did
this (terminated statusclient.exe) this morning, but so far so good, it
has stopped increasing. I will monitor this the next week or more(if
I can go that long) and post back any results. Besides this, I
installed the latest post service pack rollup patch for Exchange and
made a registry change for the HeapDecommitFreeBlockThreshold key in
the registry(#315407) for exchange.
