2k3 Server Rebooting unexpectedly

I have 2 Servers at 2 different Clients both of which reboot themselves
unexpectedly and at different intervals. Both Servers are win2k3
standard edition on Dell Poweredge 2600's. One is a domain controller
the other is a file server. Niether of them have anything in the event
logs that I haven't seen before and ruled out. One of them has a bunch
of licensing errors in it. One every 30 Seconds or so. I ran a bios
update on one of them per recommendation of Dell and Intel. Still no
resolution any help or feedback would be appreciated.
