what snap in are you rtying to use? by default, win xp machines do not have
any domain admin snap ins installed, you have to install those seperatly. so
if you started mmc.exe, added several snap-inss, and saved your console. you
cannot open this console on a windows xp machine until you install the same
snap ins. you can download the adminpak from microsoft here:
