The error 'The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon
interactively means the username does not have the right to logon locally.
With domain admin privileges troubleshooting can be performed from a remote
machine. From a remote machine open Active Directory User & Computers >
right-click domain object in top-left corner > Properties > Highlight
Default Domain Policy > Edit button > Computer Configuration > Windows
Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > click User Rights Assignment
> in the right pane, examine the setting for 'Deny Log on locally'.
