Upgrade a 2000 DC to 2003 DC

Hello everyone,

I have only one domain controller that is Windows 2000, and I wish to
upgrade to 2003. I have already run adprep/forestprep and adprerp/domainprep,
is there anything else required after this? Or do I just jump into a straight
OS install?
