Windows Server 2003

I have 9 disks showing in Disk Manager (Disk 0 .. Disk 8), but I have no
clear view where I can see the mapping between the disks and which hardware
controllers they are connected to.

How can I get a reasonably good view on which disks that are connected to
which physical disk controller?
